Suárez & Co., Inc. is one of Puerto Rico's largest importer and distributor of food and beverages with a diversified product portfolio of beer, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages, dry and cold food provisions, household goods, personal care, and pet food. V. Suárez Division oversees the sales and distribution business of V. Suárez & Co., Inc. which covers the Puerto Rico market and the export market to the Caribbean and the USA.

V. Suárez & Co., Inc. is constantly evolving and expanding its sales and distribution businesses by adding new brands and categories, by market expansions, by developing proprietary brands, and by corporate acquisitions.

V. Suárez & Co., Inc. is the cornerstone entity for the V. Suárez Group, a diversified group of independent entities with common ownership. Under its Treasury and Investments team, V. Suárez & Co., Inc. manages a diversified investments portfolio for the V. Suárez Group. V. Suárez Real Estate Group is also under the V. Suárez Group umbrella. It has developed, and currently manages, several owned office and warehouse facilities in the greater San Juan metropolitan area.

All of V. Suárez Group’s operations are supported by a centralized corporate services team that ensures all managerial and technology systems and processes are in place, and adequate resources are properly allocated to ensure success.

Since 2012, Campofresco Corp., a juice and beverage manufacturing company that produces its own proprietary brands and provides co-packing services for national and local brands, is part of the entities in the V. Suárez Group.

Since its foundation in 1943, V. Suárez & Co., Inc. has been a family owned and operated company in Puerto Rico. Under leadership and management by the third generation now, V. Suárez Group has maintained a strong corporate governance discipline and is proud to have its fourth generation assuming leading roles in its business.

Real Estate has been an integral part of our business for the past twenty years. We develop and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate, focusing on warehouse and commercial office properties. In addition to managing all of the distribution company’s physical facilities, the Group manages commercial space for an array of third party tenants.
